When are you open?

We are open Tuesday-Saturday from 10:30-17:30, for walk-in availability please call in advance

Can I schedule a consultation?
Yes! Please email us at lalhardy@hotmail.co.uk, call us on 0208 444 8779 or pop in and have a chat with us.
Do I need to pay a deposit before my appointment?
Yes, you do! This is for our artist’s security to ensure that they still receive payment if they get a no-show or a short notice cancellation. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
I’m under 18, will you tattoo me anyway?
No, we will not. It is against the law for under 18’s to get tattooed and we will never make any exceptions on this rule.
Are you licensed and health checked?
Yes, through the London Borough of Barnet. Everything we use is either disposable/brand new and anything that isn’t is thoroughly cleaned using specialist equipment. If you have any queries about the cleaning process or hygiene please don’t hesitate to ask.
Do you do coverups of old/bad tattoos?

This really depends on the tattoo you have! We need to see the tattoo to be covered before we book you in to see if is possible, if not we recommend the SkinRenew laser clinic that you can visit to either lighten or remove the tattoo.

Can I get a tattoo anywhere?
We do not tattoo genitals or faces, and finger/hand/neck tattoos we will take into consideration depending on how many tattoos you have already.
Can I get whatever I want tattooed?
Yes, within reason. We do not do overtly political, graphic or offensive tattoos and we never will. 
Can I come in and chat about ideas?
Of course you can! Let us know when you’d like to pop in and we’ll expect you.
How do I care for my tattoo after the session?
We will go through all the aftercare with you after your tattoo is finished, we supply tattoo cream and also a small aftercare sheet with instructions you can take with you. If you have any further questions after your appointment, give us a call!
Do you do piercings?
No we don’t! But we can recommend shops for you to go to.
If I don’t turn up to my appointment will I lose my deposit?
Yes you will. We need 48 hours notice of cancellation minimum to prevent you losing your deposit.
